Amanda + Mark's Wedding

What a perfect day it was for Mark and Amanda's wedding at The Barn on Willis Branch. I knew on my way to Opryland Hotel,where the girls were getting ready, that the day was going to be beautiful. All week it looked like it was going to rain, but the weather could not have been more perfect for such wonderful people. I never once heard a complaint come out of Amanda's mouth, just nonstop laughter. Mark, who I only met once prior to the big day, is, not to my surprise, just as fun and loving as Amanda. These two quickly became my friends, and I know without a doubt they are going to have a wonderful life together. 

Brittany and Jess' elopement

Where to begin on this couple...I met them the day of their wedding and was hired to photograph it only a few days before. I didn't know what to expect because there are a million reasons why people decide to elope... These guys just wanted to marry each other... immediately. There was just as much love and celebration at Brittany and Jess' ceremony as any other wedding I've ever been to. It didn't matter if there were 2 people there or 200. Brittany and Jess took this small window of time and made it the best moment of their lives. I was touched by this couple's compassion and admiration for one another and wish them nothing but happiness. Thank you to The Hitchin' Post for the beautiful venue (I can't wait to get married there in 6 months!). By the way...the first photo is right after their first kiss. How much happier can you get?
